Freeing people from limitations of our minds and bodies
Kevin Naidoo combines ancient Yogic and Shamanic traditions in a non-dogmatic way to be accessible to all. Kevin weaves Vedic philosophy, Patanjali’s Sutras, concentration and a withdrawal of the senses with breathwork, bandhas and asana, creating a brilliant tapestry of the practice rooted in tradition. Kevin guides his students through Yoga Nidra at the end of each practice for the ultimate meditative and relaxing experience.
Blessed with the opportunity to study classical Hatha with the Sivananda lineage in India, as well as the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya through Vinyasa with Ryan Leier, Vinyasa Krama with Srivatsa Ramaswami and Ashtanga under the guidance of Danny Paradise, Kevin set foot onto the path of Sadhana. Now, with great respect and reverence for his teachers and the vast collective wisdom of Yoga, Kevin shares the ancient Yogic and Shamanic traditions he’s learned in a non-dogmatic, accessible way that speaks to the modern Yogi. Kevin believes that this practice can be for everyone and shares practical tools, insight and guidance to help us overcome obstacles in order to grow into the brightest, fullest and most authentic expressions of ourselves.
Kevin Naidoo has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than a decade and shares his gift worldwide. Kevin teaches all of yoga, beyond just posture, holding space for each student to find their worth, their love and their light. He didn’t know he had open angular glaucoma and was shocked when his vision quickly began to deteriorate. He travelled to Thailand for intensive stem cell treatment and was able to regain his eyesight.
